Cancellation / Prepayment

To secure your booking we require card details, some rates require a payment in advance and are non-refundable. We have a 48 hour free cancellation policy on non-refundable rates

Children & Beds

Subject to availability and room type we provide additional beds and cots for children under 18 and infants. Cots are free of charge and beds are £20 each this includes breakfast for your child.

Pets

Pets - All pets must be under the supervision of their owner. £20 per stay covers basic cleaning. In the event of damage to the room this will be charged on a case by case basis.

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.

"We booked one night prior to moving into a new home close by. On their website, they had an option to include dogs in the booking but not cats. I emailed them to let them know I would be arriving with 2 cats and they could not have been more welcoming - no charge! The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. As we had arrived early we had lunch in the bar while our room was prepared. A steak and kidney pie and a fish pie were consumed and found very fine."
